Canaan was born 11 years ago today. He is my middle child and the one that often gets left out. He has a kind heart, and a very giving spirit. He is my teddy bear, the child that even at this age, is not embarrassed to walk up and give his Mom a hug no matter who may be watching. We have butt heads so many times this year as he was a 10 year old boy and had a lot going on in his head. Finishing chores and completing homework was not always high on his list of things to do. But I thank God every day for this child, and I know that He has great things planned for his life. I pray that I can continue to lead him in the right direction.
